Albany Law and The Fund for Modern Courts will host the 10th Anniversary Judge Hugh R. Jones Memorial Lecture on Oct. 17 at 5:30 p.m. in the DAMC. The Honorable Judith S. Kaye, who served as chief judge of New York from 1993 until 2008, will deliver this year’s address "Mining Treasures: A Decade of Hugh R. Jones Memorial Lectures."

City officials, Albany Law School administrators and others unveiled a historic plaque dedicated to U.S. Supreme Court Justice and Nuremberg prosecutor Robert H. Jackson, Class of 1912, at 267 Lark St., currently home to the Amazing Wok Chinese restaurant, where he lived as an Albany Law School student in 1911 and 1912.
