On Tuesday November 24, the Albany Law Softball team, made up of alumni and students, won the Albany Co-Ed League championship. The win marks the end of the 2009 season with Albany Law's first title. Earlier in the season the team also won the First Annual Albany Law Softball Tournament, held at Mullen's Memorial Stadium in Albany. Albany Law claimed the trophy with a 20-4 win in the championship game. Proceeds from the tournament went to Children, Youth and Family Services, Inc. The team would like to tahnk the staff, alumni and friends for their support.
